With an A-grade BCCI central contract and IPL salary of 16.35 crores, Hardik Pandya is among the highest-paid Indian cricketers currently.

Known for his explosive batting and game-changing bowling, the all-rounder is also one of the first names on the team sheet in India's white-ball set-up.

However, one of the unknown qualities of both Hardik and Krunal Pandya remains their humility and helpful nature off the field.

Coach Jitendra Singh reveals getting financial help from Pandya brothers

In a recent interview, Jitendra, who coached both the Pandya brothers in their early years, spoke about how the duo helped him in the smooth conduct of his sister's weddings in 2018 and 2024.

According to Singh, Hardik gifted him a car right after his debut series against Australia in 2015 and both brothers persuaded him to accept the gift despite a bleak financial condition at the time.

"Hardik and Krunal ensured that my first sister's wedding took place smoothly in 2018, stepping up with monetary assistance. Not only this, they also transferred Rs 20 lakh for purchasing a car, along with other gifts, during my second sister's marriage in February 2024," he said.

"Your sister is my sister. Just let me know whenever the wedding gets fixed. Don't worry. Just ensure that all things go well, taking care of all the requirements," revealed Jitendra.

In the same interview, Singh went on to reveal the total costs of gifts and help given by the Pandya brothers to him over the years, which amounted to about 80 Lakh INR.
