Mark Wood is set to return to the field for the first time since February during the upcoming Ashes series.
He has completed his recovery from the knee injury sustained over the English summer, which also meant missing out on the home series against India.
With the reintroductions of Wood and Jofra Archer, England looks like a well-settled fast bowling unit, with considerable quality at Ben Stokes' disposal.
Considering Australia's top-order woes, the English bowlers will have a great opportunity to help the team in their pursuit of the first away Ashes win since 2010/11.
Ahead of the marquee series, here's what Wood had to say about what England can learn from watching the Aussie pace attack.

What did Mark Wood say about Australia's fast bowling attack?
As England continues to prepare in Perth ahead of the first Test match starting November 21, Wood addressed the reporters after their training session on November 8.
The fast bowler emphasised the importance of showcasing high intensity on the field like the Aussies and to make use of the bowling-friendly conditions in this time of the Australian summer.
"The wickets are hard, but it's something that I'm sure we'll adapt to, and lads that have been here before can pass the knowledge on to the other guys, and I think it's going to be a great battle," he said.

"The Australian bowlers are obviously fantastic. From what we've done coming here, sort of copied their model — a little bit of, lads that bowl quickly, and it being relentless. They are some of the four best in the world, Australia. So, yeah, and take it on board ourselves and try and use that for what they do well, for ourselves," he concluded.
Wood is expected to start the first Test at the Optus Stadium alongside fellow express-pace bowler Jofra Archer, Gus Atkinson, and captain Ben Stokes from November 21.
England's highest wicket-taker from the India series, Josh Tongue and Matthew Potts will also be the English pacers in the mix for the series.
