Arch-rivals India and Pakistan are set to clash once again, this time in the Asia Cup 2025 at the Dubai International Stadium on Sunday, Sept. 14.

However, unlike the usual build-up, the hype around the high-voltage clash has seen a significant dip. If reports are to be believed, with just 4 days until the game, the tickets for the India vs Pakistan clash have still not been sold out.

India and Pakistan will face each other for the first time after the war-like situation between the two nations that transpired earlier this year in April.

The two nations have had a share of long-standing diplomatic tension that spiked up in April this year. Cross-border tensions has always been a concern surrounding the two countries.

Ahead of the marquee continental event, there were a lot of doubts over India's participation in the game; however, the Indian government cleared the way to play against Pakistan in multi-national events.

The decision did not sit very well with the people of India, as opinions were divided. While some were in favour of the clash, the majority of the people believed that India should break all ties with Pakistan, including the cricketing ties.

The tickets for the game between India and Pakistan are usually sold out within minutes, but this time it has not been the case.

As per the reports, the tickets for India's tour to Australia, later in October have already been sold out, but the hype around the biggest clash between India and Pakistan has died down, with plenty of tickets still left unsold.

India could face Pakistan three times during the event. They will first face each other in a league game next Sunday, and in all possibilities can meet again in the Super Fours clash on Sept. 21.
