The 17th edition of the Asia Cup will be played from September 9 to 28 among eight countries from the Asian continent. This tournament will also serve as a preparation for teams ahead of the T20 World Cup 2026.
The United Arab Emirates will host the 19-match tournament after they qualified for it from the ACC Premier Cup alongside Oman and Hong Kong.
All 19 matches, including the marquee India vs Pakistan event, will take place at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium or Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

What is the format of the Asia Cup 2025?
The eight teams in the Asia Cup 2025 are divided into two groups of four teams each, where every team will play three matches against the teams in their group.
The teams finishing at the top of the table in both groups will then move to the next stage of the competition, i.e., Super Four, where all the remaining teams will face each other.

A separate table will be made for the Super Fours, and the top-2 teams will reach the final of the tournament to determine the winner.
Which teams have qualified for the Asia Cup 2025?
Eight teams will participate in the Asia Cup 2025, among which the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Hong Kong have qualified from the 2024 ACC Men's Premier Cup.
