Pakistan
- After losing their first Super Fours game against India, Pakistan now faces a do-or-die kind of situation.
- The Men In Green will have to register victories in both their respective games and will also have to hope for the other results to go their way as well.
- They will next play Sri Lanka on Tuesday in Abu Dhabi
Bangladesh
- Bangladesh registered a narrow victory against Sri Lanka at the Dubai International Stadium on Saturday. They defeated Sri Lanka by 4 wickets in the penultimate ball of the game
- If they defeat Pakistan and India beats Sri Lanka, Bangladesh will be through to the final.
- A victory against India would also potentially secure them a final berth.
Sri Lanka
- Like Pakistan, Sri Lanka faces a do-or-die situation. Their clash against the Men In Green could well prove to be a virtual knockout, with the losing team bowing out of the continental event.
