Canelo Alvarez net worth

Canelo Alvarez has an estimated net worth of $300 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

While Alvarez does make significant money off of endorsements, fight purses and revenue are the driving force that have made him one of the world's richest athletes.

Canelo Alvarez career earnings

Canelo Alvarez's career earnings reached an estimated $550 million in late 2023, Sportico reported, and that figure is only rising after the boxer agreed to a four-fight deal with Turki Alalshikh of Riyadh Season that will pay a reported $400 million.

Alvarez signed a $365 million contract with DAZN and Golden Boy in 2018, though he left the platform after filing a lawsuit alleging breach of contract.

In 2022, Canelo returned to DAZN on a deal worth about $85 million and fought Dmitry Bivol and Gennadiy Golovkin. A year later, he signed a three-fight, $100 million deal with Premier Boxing Champions.

Alvarez was ranked as Forbes' fifth highest-paid athlete of 2023 at $110 million, though he did not crack the top 10 in either 2024 or 2025. He earns about $30-50 million per fight, on average, and has amassed more than $500 million between purses and pay-per-view revenue.
