The 2025 WNBA Finals will see the Las Vegas Aces face off against Phoenix Mercury in the first best-of-seven championship series.
The Aces, seeded second, advanced to their fourth finals in six years, but their playoff journey was anything but easy. They were pushed to tie-breaker games in the first round as well as the semifinals, but they managed to edge the Fever 107-98 in the fifth game to claim the series 3-2 and progress for the final.
Meanwhile, Mercury made the finals for the first time since 2021. They battled back from a 14-point deficit against top seeds Minnesota Lynx to clinch Game 4 86-81 and secure their place in the final.
In head-to-head series during 2025 regular reason, Las Vegas has a 3-1 advantage over Phoenix.
