The second season of Unrivaled is fast approaching. The offseason 3-on-3 league founded by Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart features many of the WNBA's top players -- and it is coming to TV screens in a matter of weeks.

Fans have known for some time that Unrivaled's 2026 season would tip off in the first week of January, and the league's landmark TV deal will see its games aired once more on TNT Sports.

However, with two new teams (including Paige Bueckers' Breeze BC) set to join the six clubs that inaugurated Unrivaled in 2025, fans also have been curious as to when they can watch the league's new stars -- like Bueckers, Cameron Brink, Dominque Malonga and Kelsey Mitchell -- take to the court for the first time.

Unrivaled championship game date revealed

Unrivaled will reveal its full 2026 calendar on Wednesday, but Forbes got out in front of the reveal and reported that the league season will run for 56 games in total across two months.

Unrivaled will tip off on Jan. 5 and end with the league's championship game on March 4. The eight-team league also is bringing back the 1-on-1 tournament for its players, in which Collier will look to defend her title; that will be held between Feb. 11 and Feb. 14.

According to Forbes' Roberta Rodrigues, Unrivaled is eliminating back-to-back games while adding a fourth broadcast day per week this season to accommodate the Breeze and the Hive, the league's two new teams.

The opening night matchups in January will see Mitchell's Hive square off against Rhyne Howard's Vinyl, while Stewart and the Mist will take on Jackie Young and Laces BC. Elsewhere in Miami, where the league is centered, Rose BC and Lunar Owls will play in a rematch of the 2025 final, and Breeze BC will debut against Aliyah Boston, Kelsey Plum and Phantom BC.

Most of the games in Unrivaled will be held in Miami, but the league will take two games to Philadelphia on Jan. 30: another showdown between Rose BC and Lunar Owls, as well as another matchup between Breeze BC and Phantom BC. The regular season will end on Feb. 27.
