Friday night was a date many WNBA fans had circled on their calendars since the schedule was released. It was supposed to be the top pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft against the top pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft.

But Caitlin Clark was forced to miss her second straight game with a left groin injury. That put the first professional matchup between her and Dallas Wings star Paige Bueckers on hold.

Despite the disappointment, fans were dressed in all sorts of Indiana Fever attire before the game on Friday. The game was moved to the American Airlines Center, home of the Mavericks, due to high demand.

However, one fan didn’t quite join the Caitlin Clark craze. In fact, she went the opposite route and pulled off a hilarious troll job aimed at the Fever star.

The fan, seated right in the middle of Indiana Fever supporters behind the bench, wore a shirt that read:

"Who's Caitlin Clark anyway? Ew."

Certainly well played by this fan, who was seen with a large smile on her face.

The game features Indiana, coming off a Thursday night loss to the Los Angeles Sparks, sitting at 7-8 on the season. Dallas is 4-12 but won its last game on Tuesday over Atlanta, 68–55.

Bueckers is off to a strong start for the Wings. In 12 games, she is averaging 17.7 points and 5.8 assists per game.
