Caitlin Clark's road shooting struggles are inexplicable.
She's a great 3-point shooter with limitless range.
Yet somehow, on the road this season, she can't make anything.
Clark is 2-for-35 from 3-point range on the road. That's 5.7%.
Noted rival Angel Reese is 3-for-15 from 3-point range on the road this season. That's an even 20%.
Reese, of course, is not known as a 3-point shooter.
This just emphasizes how rough Clark's 3-point struggles have been when the Indiana Fever leave home this season.
You'd think that eventually, there'd be some positive regression to the mean. But until Clark turns things around on the road, it'll be a bit curious every time her shooting lines end up so much worse than she's capable of.
