Aiming for a top eight finish, Brentford will make a trip to Molineux to face Wolverhampton Wanderers in their final clash of the season on Sunday afternoon.

Wolves are coming into this match on the back of a three-match losing streak, with their latest coming against the FA Cup winners Crystal Palace 2-4 at Selhurst Park on Tuesday. Wolves have been impressive this season under the newly appointed Vitor Pereira in mid-December.

On the other hand, Brentford are sitting just outside the top-eight spot at 55 points. The Bees' four-match winning streak got broken with a disappointing 2-3 defeat to Fulham last time out. Considering their recent away form, Thomas Frank's side would be confident to grab three points on their trip to Molineux.

The Sporting News looks at the key details ahead of this game, including how to watch the match, kickoff times and the latest lineup news.
