After that underwhelming result but positive performance, the Red Devils will be looking for a win in their next league clash against Fulham on August 24 at Craven Cottage.
Marco Silva's side played out a 1-1 draw against Brighton & Hove Albion in their opening league game on August 16. The Cottagers will also be hoping for a better result against United with the support of the home crowd, although recent history is not on their side.

Benjamin Sesko is on the bench once again, while Amad Diallo could get the nod on the right ahead of Diogo Dalot after impressing off the bench against Arsenal.
Joshua Zirkzee is on the bench alongside Sesko, but Rasmus Hojlund is again omitted as he considers a move elsewhere.
