Manchester United are looking to bounce back after their disastrous 2024/25 Premier League campaign and hence, they are desperate to make important additions to their roster.
The Red Devils have improved their attack with the signings of Bryan Mbuemo, Matheus Cunha and Benjamin Sesko.
With tehri attack sorted, United now need a midfielder who can pair up with Bruno Fernandes in Ruben Amorim's preferred 3-4-3 formation.
Carlos Baleba was their first choice but considering Brighton's lofty demands, United have decided to look elsewhere with several midfielders linked with a move to Old Trafford.
According to insider Ben Jacobs, United are exploring a move for Stuttgart midfielder Angelo Stiller, who is also in Real Madrid's radar for this summer.
The reports suggest that people at Man United are discussing internally about signing a new midfielder and the shortlist includes the Germany international.

However, the entire scenario is at an exploratory stage, and it remains to be seen if United make a late swoop for the 24-year-old.
Why are Man United chasing Angelo Stiller?
Hailing from the Bayern Munich academy, Stiller has established himself as one of the most consistent midfielders in the Bundesliga.
Angelo Stiller played 9.49 progressive passes p90 in the Bundesliga last season, putting him in the top 3% of midfielders across Europe’s top five leagues.

Stiller has developed into this polished midfielder since moving to Stuttgart from Hoffenheim in August 2023.
The German midfielder was easily one of the best players for Stuttgart last season as he featured in 46 appearances across all competitions, returning with four goals and 11 assists.
While Stiller still has a lot to prove, his playing style is often compared to legend Germany midfielder Toni Kroos.
It remains to be seen if manages to fulfill such lofty comparisons, but he brings exceptional technical ability, vision, excellent passing range coupled with the ability to control the tempo of the game.
According to Fbref, Stiller averaged 9.93 progressive passes, 3.85 shot-creating actions, 1.44 progressive carries along with 87.2% passing accuracy per 90 minutes.
While there's no mention of Stuttgart's asking price for the 24-year-old, he could be available for somewhere around £40m ($53.4m).
Apart from United, Real Madrid were also in the market for Stiller as Xabi Alonso is a big admirer of the German star. However, the deal never materialized for Los Blancos.
