To do so, the team has not only gone out to secure the best new talent, but they have also worked hard to secure their top players long-term as well.

One of those individuals is Williams Saliba, who has developed an elite partnership with fellow central defender Gabriel to build one of Europe's best defensive units.

William Saliba contract, salary after signing new Arsenal deal

Arsenal announced Saliba's new Arsenal contract on September 30, 2025.

The new deal will be good for five years, running through June of 2030.

Saliba had initially signed a five-year contract upon joining Arsenal from French side Saint-Etienne in 2019, which ran through the summer of 2024. A year before that expired, Saliba signed a new five-year deal to the summer of 2028.

According to The Sun, Saliba's new wages amount to £250,000 (€286,230 / $336,530) per week, or around £13 million (€14.9m / $17.5m) per year. This is a significant increase of almost 100% on his previous wages, according to Spotrac.
