UPDATE: Ertz is now being carted to the locker room. Still waiting for an update from the team, but it isn't looking good for him right now.
UPDATE: Ertz has now gone to the medical tent. He is dealing with an apparent leg injury.
Ertz remained down on the field after the play, but we don't have more details than that right now.
