The Washington Commanders have oscillated a decent amount in their running back room this season.
But lately, they've made their preference clear.
Chris Rodriguez Jr. Has become the lead back over Jacory Croskey-Merritt.
On Sunday in Madrid, C-Rod got the first few carries and snaps for the Commanders.

Why is Chris Rodriguez playing more than Jacory Croskey-Merritt?
JCM wasn't effective enough in the middle of the season.
Rodriguez was named a captain before Week 10 and has now been the on-paper lead back for both Weeks 10 and 11.
Interestingly, JCM still outcarried Rodriguez 11-6 in Week 10, but that was also a big blowout.
It seems like the Commanders enjoy having Rodriguez out there. Dan Quinn has always spoken positively about him.
