The Washington Commanders and Green Bay Packers are through the first quarter of the Week 2 game at Lambeau Field and Commanders star wide receiver Terry McLaurin has yet to make an impact.
McLaurin has been quarterback Jayden Daniels' top target since last season, when the two shared a strong connection, but he got his 2025 campaign off to a quiet start in Week 1 when McLaurin had just two receptions for 27 yards.
Unfortunately, things appear to be on a similar track for McLaurin in Week 2. Here's the latest on what's going on with the Commanders' top receiver.
Is Terry McLaurin playing tonight?
UPDATE: McLaurin has his first target and catch of the game in the second quarter.
Hopefully many more to come.
END OF UPDATE
McLaurin is active and on the field tonight, but we are through two Commanders drives and the first quarter and McLaurin has not been targeted by Daniels yet.
We expect that to change soon, but how many catches and receptions McLaurin ends up with remains to be seen.
Last week, it was Deebo Samuel who led Washington's pass-catchers with seven catches for 77 yards. Samuel could very well eat into McLaurin's targets all season long.
