Jeremy McNichols has served as the Washington Commanders' No.2 running back for a good chunk of the season, and he's had an efficient year.
McNichols has tallied 220 rushing yards and a touchdown on 5.2 yards per carry in 2025. The 29-year-old has also added 21 receptions for 176 yards through the air.
Though McNichols has had some bright moments this year, the veteran running back is off to a quiet start in Week 17 versus the Dallas Cowboys.
Is Jeremy McNichols playing today?
Yes, McNichols is active and playing. However, he has yet to get on the board on the stat sheet.
Jacory Croskey-Merritt was the only Commander ball-carrier during the team's opening offensive drive, which ended in a field goal.
We'll see if McNichols can get it going on Thursday and contribute to Washington's ground game.
