Terry McLaurin is sometimes called Scary Terry. Against the Green Bay Packers, that's definitely accurate.

The Washington Commanders' star wide receiver has played three games in his career against the Packers, and all three have been great.

In fact, McLaurin has caught a touchdown in each of his matchups with Green Bay.

Terry McLaurin stats vs. Packers

These are the three stat lines that McLaurin has had in his career against the Green Bay Packers:

  • 7 catches, 122 yards, 1 TD
  • 5 catches, 73 yards, 1 TD
  • 4 catches, 57 yards, 1 TD

It seems safe to fire McLaurin up for Thursday Night Football against the Packers.

This is Green Bay's weakest cornerback group in years. Jaire Alexander departed in the offseason for the Ravens.

The Packers are even shorthanded on Thursday night. The WR-turned-CB Bo Melton is out with an injury, meaning the depth is extra limited.

McLaurin is coming off a quiet season opener, so he's also due to have a big game.

Jayden Daniels will surely look for McLaurin early and often.
