With the 2025 regular season now over, the Tennessee Titans will officially begin their search for a new head coach.
The Titans are back in this boat after firing former head coach Brian Callahan during the season, which was no doubt the right move.
Callahan's tenure was total disaster, as the first-time head coach went 4-19 over a season-plus and was clearly in over his head.
Mike McCoy took over as the interim head coach after Callahan was fired, but he is not expected to receive serious consideration for the job.
Now, the Titans, led by general manager Mike Borgonzi, will look to bring in the right head coach who can help develop quarterback Cam Ward and get this lowly franchise moving in the right direction.
On Monday, the Titans reportedly began requesting interviews with candidates.
