Where are Shilo Sanders and Desmond Watson? Buccaneers' preseason cuts can sign with new NFL teams image

Two of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' most notable names in training camp aren't even with the Bucs anymore.

In the lead up to the NFL season, the Buccaneers cut Shilo Sanders and Desmond Watson.

Sanders had the name value as the son of Deion Sanders after being undrafted out of Colorado.

Watson had the intrigue, having measured at 464 pounds before the draft, which would've made him by far the heaviest player to appear in an NFL game.

But what's next for them? It remains to be seen.

Where is Shilo Sanders?

Shilo Sanders is currently an NFL free agent.

He was cut by the Buccaneers ahead of the NFL's roster cutdown to 53-man groupings.

Sanders' cut followed his preseason finale ejection, which came when he threw a punch at Bills tight end Zach Davidson.

There have been content creators who have suggested various destinations for Shilo, but there haven't really been any reports suggesting such a signing yet.

Where is Desmond Watson?

Desmond Watson is currently an NFL free agent, too.

He reportedly lost weight after joining the Buccaneers, but not whatever their goal amount was.

It seems that a 6-foot-6 man with Watson's athleticism at his size could be useful in the NFL. But he's a different player type than essentially anyone ever.

It wouldn't be surprising to see Watson get another chance. Teams surely want to at least know where he's at with his fitness level, and maybe he can make a difference.
