Baker Mayfield had already gone to the blue medical tent once.
On a tackle earlier in the first half, he landed hard on his left shoulder and was in clear pain and could hardly move his left arm.
Mayfield came back in the game.
But on the final play of the first half, it got worse for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' QB.
He wound up to throw a Hail Mary, and he got his whole body into the throw.
Except that meant more pain for Mayfield.
He stayed down on the turf as the clock expired on halftime and his pass was intercepted.

The Los Angeles Rams had already been stifling Mayfield. He was completing just half his passes for almost no yardage.
The Rams also had a pick-6 in the first half, and their offense was on fire.
It felt like the Buccaneers had already almost lost the game even before halftime arrived.
It was a 31-7 lead for the Rams at the intermission, with the Bucs only scoring on a TD pass from Mayfield to Tez Johnson.
It seems like Tampa Bay may play it safe in the second half.
Why risk further injury to Mayfield?
They need him in the long run. Given the Herculean effort it'd take to come back on the Rams on Sunday night, Mayfield might just sit the rest of the way.
