Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield will be on his fourth offensive coordinator in as many years, with Josh Grizzard fired.

And the franchise has already begun the task of replacing him.

And Buccaneers fans are going to love some of the candidates they are interviewing.

One is Todd Monken. The other is Mike McDaniel, per ESPN's Jenna Laine.

Both are great offensive minds, and both have had great success in the NFL.

McDaniel and Monken great options

We have seen what McDaniel has done in Miami with Tua Tagovailoa and Tyreek Hill over the years, and we know what Monken had at his disposal in Baltimore.

The run game in Tampa is key, with McDaniel dialing up exotic plays and Monken able to get the most out of Derrick Henry. What could Bucky Irving become?

But the receiver weapons are where excitement really builds, particularly if McDaniel gets the coordinator role.

Chris Godwin, Emeka Egbuka, Mike Evans (if he returns), Tez Johnson, and Jalen McMillan. That is some group. Imagine what Monken and McDaniel could do with that group.

Personally, Tampa Bay's next offensive coordinator has to be either Monken or McDaniel.
