It's the kind of mistake that can cost a team its season.
Seattle Seahawks' defensive back Riq Woolen got a third-down stop in the third quarter with the Seahawks up 31-20. But then he talked trash to the Los Angeles Rams sideline, and a penalty flag was thrown for taunting.
On the very next play, Puka Nacua beat Woolen himself deep for a touchdown from Matthew Stafford.
Adding insult to injury, Woolen had also dropped an interception possibility on the play on which he was eventually called for taunting.
"That should have easily been an interception," Fox's Tom Brady said after the play.
On the game clock, the dropped interception and ensuing penalty happened just seven seconds before Nacua was in the end zone.
After the drive, the Seahawks were bickering on the sideline. Clearly, the vibes changed with the game now 31-27 Seattle.

When was Riq Woolen drafted?
Riq Woolen was the 153rd overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. That's the fifth round.

He hasn't been as good since, and now his career has its potentially lowest moment.
