If anybody is still sleepless over this team, it’s no longer due to Geno Smith's turnovers; it’s due to excitement. The Seattle Seahawks have a lot going for them.

Sam Darnold, despite a rough stretch of games, looks like the same dominant Darnold we saw in Minnesota last year during the regular season. Jaxson Smith-Njigba is exploding in year three under Klint Kubiak, and their defense, specifically the defensive line, has been outstanding.

More: Do the Seahawks employ the two best DTs in all of football?

With Darnold and the offense experiencing up and down play over the last few weeks, how have they kept their point production high enough to go 3-1 over the last four weeks?

The latest NFC Special Teams Player of the Month Award might just shed some light on that.

Seahawks K Jason Myers secures NFC Special Teams Player of the Week

Jason Myers has come up time and time again for the Seahawks in the month of November. Over the course of the last four weeks, Myers has been not just the best kicker in the NFC, but arguably the best in the league.

In the month of November, Myers was 15/16, including three from 50+ yds. He was also 100% on XP's as he has been all season. After this stretch in November, he now finds himself as the overall points leader in the NFL with 122.

Seattle’s defense hasn’t taken their foot off the brake all season. If the offense can get back to consistently being one of the best units in the league, they’ll certainly have special teams down behind Myers.
