The San Francisco 49ers are coming off a convincing win over the New York Giants in Week 9. But in Week 10 against the Los Angeles Rams, it'll be a much tougher matchup.
It's their second game against the division rival, as earlier in the year, a Max Jones-led offense beat the Rams on a short week, 26-23 in overtime. With Brock Purdy still not 100%, Jones will be in for another start.
But just as Jones is starting again, Ricky Pearsall is once again out. Against the Rams, which 49ers should be in fantasy lineups is a key question that needs to be asked. While George Kittle and Christian McCaffrey are must-starts, the wide receiver room is a lot more ambiguous.
Which 49ers WR can fantasy managers trust in Week 10?
As Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area shares, the 49ers' injury report reveals that, once again, San Francisco will be without Pearsall. The 25-year-old receiver is still dealing with a knee issue and is going to miss another week.
Status report for 49ers game Sunday against the Rams:

Out
WR Ricky Pearsall (knee)
DL Mykel Williams (knee)
Questionable
QB Brock Purdy (toe)
DT Alfred Collins (hip)
LB Dee Winters (knee)
LB Tatum Bethune (thigh)
DE Keion White (groin)
DL Kalia Davis (ankle)
OL Ben Bartch (ankle)
In his absence, Jauan Jennings, Kendrick Bourne, Demarcus Robinson, Skyy Moore, and Jordan Watkins will be the 49ers' leading wide receivers.
Of that group, Jennings and Bourne are the only two fantasy-relevant players worth considering in lineups. Of those two, which is the best option in Week 10?
In Week 9, Jones threw for 235 yards and two touchdowns on 19 completions. Jennings had four receptions for 41 yards and a touchdown, while Bourne had two catches for just 32 yards.
But, back in Week 5, the last time the 49ers played the Rams, Bourne hauled in 10 receptions for 142 yards while Jennings sat out with an injury.
While the incredible Bourne performance was the last time these two teams faced off is a compelling case, Jennings is the clear top option, and the much better start this week for fantasy managers.

Jennings is the 49ers' number one option in Week 10, and in a tough division matchup, he should have a strong workload against the Rams.
Bourne is second fiddle to Jennings. In the last three weeks, Bourne has gotten eight targets, making seven catches for 92 yards and no touchdowns.
Jennings, meanwhile, got 19 targets in the last three weeks with 12 receptions for 117 yards and one touchdown.
Of the 49ers' wide receivers, Jennings is a strong play against the Rams, while Bourne isn't the worst desperation play if needed. In most cases, Bourne shouldn't be in lineups, but in a decent matchup, Bourne wouldn't be the worst option.
The Jennings vs. Bourne debate is clear; Jennings is the much better option for fantasy managers. But Bourne can't be completely ignored, and could see better production in Week 10 than he has in the last few weeks.
