Kittle suffered the injury in the second quarter. The team has revealed that Kittle has a hamstring injury.
Prior to his exit, Kittle was on pace to have a big game, as he caught four balls for 25 yards and scored the team's only touchdown on a pass from quarterback Brock Purdy.
