The San Francisco 49ers remain without injured quarterback Brock Purdy.
That makes everyone move up a spot on the QB depth chart, and that may not be the most ideal situation in the long run.
Mac Jones has been very good since taking over for Purdy, but he's playing through injury in Week 6, and he threw a bad interception early against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Behind Jones, though, it gets worse.

49ers QB depth chart
Brock Purdy would normally be the starter, but he's already missed a few games this season.
Jones, the former Patriots first-round pick, is the starter with Purdy out.
The new backup, behind Jones, is Adrian Martinez.
Martinez began his college career as a highly touted Nebraska QB, and then he ended up at Kansas State.
The 49ers don't even have another quarterback on their practice squad. Right now, it's just Jones and Martinez.
San Francisco had a few other quarterbacks with them in the summer, so if they really needed another QB in a week to come, they could get one.
For now, the 49ers certainly are hoping Jones stays healthy, because the drop-off to Martinez would likely be pretty steep.
