The San Francisco 49ers were able to get two reinforcements back in their Week 11 blowout win over the Arizona Cardinals. Both quarterback Brock Purdy and wide receiver Ricky Pearsall returned as both have missed significant time so far this season.

However, the question remains about when wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk will be able to make it back to the lineup. Aiyuk suffered a torn ACL in Week 7 of last season and has yet to fully recover from the setback.

San Francisco fans have been patiently waiting for the return of their $120 million wideout, and it seems that they will have to wait even longer.

Shanahan: 49ers won't open practice window for Brandon Aiyuk this week

Following the 49ers' Week 11 win, multiple sources have confirmed that Kyle Shanahan said Brandon Aiyuk's practice window won't open this week.

The 49ers will continue to lean on a wide receiver room that includes Ricky Pearsall, Jauan Jennings, and Kendrick Bourne, as well as tight end George Kittle, to carry the passing game workload moving forward.

Although the 49ers have dealt with injuries to some of their highest-paid players all season long, they are still in the running for the NFC West with a record of 7-4. The division is loaded with top teams that include the Los Angeles Rams (8-2) and the Seattle Seahawks (7-3).

The 49ers will host the Carolina Panthers on Monday Night Football in Week 12.
