If there's one thing you can't question, it's San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings' toughness.

Jennings has been battling injuries all season long and was listed on the team's most recent injury report with ankle and rib issues.

Jennings drew a questionable tag ahead of the Sunday contest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but he was ultimately able to suit up and finished the game with just one catch for seven yards.

After the 30-19 loss to the Bucs, Jennings listed off all the injuries he's playing through, including five broken ribs and high- and low-ankle sprains.

“You know playing with injuries. It’s part of it. You got high and low ankle sprains. You got shoulders at 20%. Five broken ribs. It is what it is. You keep playing and nobody cares. Keep playing. That’s what we do,” Jennings said after the game.

Jennings playing through the aforementioned injuries comes as the 49ers have multiple banged-up pass-catchers.

Ricky Pearsall (knee) missed another game in Week 6, George Kittle (hamstring) has been on injured reserve since after the Week 1 game and Brandon Aiyuk (knee) remains on the PUP list as he works his way back from a torn ACL and MCL.

The good news is, both Kittle and Pearsall have a chance to return in Week 7, so that will take some of the pressure off Jennings, assuming he can suit up through his own issues. Aiyuk's return date remains up in the air, though.

Quarterback Brock Purdy (toe) has also been on the shelf, but he also has a chance to return next week.
