Darnell Washington isn't listed at 300 pounds.

But last year, the Pittsburgh Steelers' tight end coach said Washington is 300-plus. And he's 6-foot-7, so he's pretty much an offensive lineman.

The Steelers often use him as a blocker at tight end.

But sometimes, they throw him the ball. He's an incredible athlete for his size.

On Sunday, he showed off that athleticism even more.

On a catch against the Cincinnati Bengals, Washington saw the defenders going low. So he jumped.

Wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of any of that contact with Washington.

He likely would gain just as much ground by running through people, too.

Moments later, that's what he did on an ensuing play.

Being that big often means defenders go extra low to try to bring you down, which can be painful.

Washington took matters into his own hands with this leap.
