If the Pittsburgh Steelers lose on Sunday night to the Baltimore Ravens, it could be Aaron Rodgers' last game in the NFL.
That is, if the 42-year old QB decides to retire.
He could also choose to play more, if a team will have him, be it the Steelers or elsewhere.
Rodgers opened up about the future during his press conference on Wednesday while also leaving plenty left unsaid.
“I don’t really want to get too deep into it, you know?” Rodgers said. “Obviously, I’ll talk to my wife. And then, you know, hopefully that’s a decision down the line, but I’m not really going to talk about anything.”

Rodgers spoke about what it's like to have multiple years with a team and not just one.
“I think a lot of this is familiarity with the offense and with the guys,” Rodgers said, “and we’ve done the best we could with our conversations and our meeting time, outside the facility, and our meeting time in the facility, but obviously, the more years you get the system with the same guys, the more continuity you have, the better you feel like you can play.”
Rodgers' contract with Pittsburgh is only for a year. If he wants to keep playing, it'll also be a question of where.
“I’m on a one-year deal, so, you know what the situation is,” Rodgers said. “Whenever the season ends, I’ll be a free agent. So that’ll give me a lot of options if I still want to play. [Not] a lot of options, but there’ll be options I would think, maybe one or two, if I decide I still want to play. But I’ve enjoyed this experience and everybody in Pittsburgh’s been fantastic to me on and off the field and it’s really what I was hoping for, for this experience, because it’s been even better than I was hoping.”
There's still a lot to be decided here.
But it's worth watching Rodgers at the end of Sunday night if the Steelers do indeed lose. Is this it? It's something that everyone will want to know.
