The Pittsburgh Steelers need all the firepower they can get.
On Monday night, they'll play a Wild Card Round playoff game against the potent Houston Texans defense.
Thankfully for Pittsburgh, things are looking up on that front.
They nearly missed the playoffs, needing Ravens kicker Tyler Loop to slice a field goal wide right to get the Steelers into the bracket.
And now, they get their most explosive offensive weapon back.

Is DK Metcalf playing tonight?
Yes, DK Metcalf is slated to play Monday night for the Steelers.
He served a two-game suspension in the final two games of the regular season after shoving a fan in Detroit.
But those two games brought Metcalf through Week 18. He's now eligible to return to the field and play.
He practiced as normal all week and will return to his role as Pittsburgh's No. 1 WR.

Without Metcalf, the Steelers didn't really have a top wideout. They mixed and matched things to varying success.
Having Metcalf back makes it much easier. He's the WR1, and everyone else can fit in around him as Pittsburgh tries to get a win that would take it to New England for a Patriots matchup in the Divisional Round.
