Upon arriving in Dublin, Ireland, for the Week 4 game with the Minnesota Vikings, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers intends on consuming his favorite alcoholic beverage.

With just days to go before the first-ever game in Ireland, Rodgers was asked what he was most looking forward to about the trip.

He had a very simple answer: Beer, and more specifically, Guinness.

“Guinness," Rodgers answered, per ESPN's Brooke Pryor. "Guinness on tap is my favorite beer in the world.”

Rodgers likely had fans in Ireland already, but he just gained a few more with that answer.

Of course, Rodgers can get Guinness just about anywhere in the United States, as it's a popular beer here. However, having a glass of Guinness in the same place it was invented is definitely going to hit different.

Rodgers will have ample time to get a Guinness in before kickoff on Sunday, as the Steelers plan on leaving for Ireland on Thursday after practice.

The only down side of the Vikings-Steelers matchup in Dublin is fans of both teams are going to have to wake up early stateside to watch the contest, as the game will be broadcast at 9:30 a.m. ET on Sunday.

Not ideal, but we don't mind being inconvenienced for football.
