Aaron Rodgers isn't afraid to let his Pittsburgh Steelers teammates know when they make a mistake.

We heard that on live television during the Week 16 game against the Detroit Lions when tight end Jonnu Smith apparently made a mistake before a play.

Smith went into motion before the ball was snapped, but he was apparently not supposed to do that. How do we know?

Well, Rodgers was caught on the mic asking Smith: "What the f*** are you doing?!"

You can hear Rodgers in the clip below (warning: NSFW language).

Classic.

One of the things that Rodgers has been lauded for during his tenure in Pittsburgh is his holding teammates accountable.

But Rodgers' former Green Bay Packers teammate and current Steelers receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling noted that the future Hall of Famer isn't as hard on players as he used to be.

"I asked Marquez Valdes-Scantling, his former receiver in Green Bay, about Rodgers," ESPN's Kimberely A. Martin said. "And MVS told me, 'Listen, he's the same guy, except there's one big difference. He's gotten a little soft. When I got to Green Bay, Rodgers was yelling at people. Not in a mean way, but holding them accountable. He still does that with the Steelers, but in a nicer tone. Maybe getting married, he's got a little softer side now.'"

Tell poor Jonnu that Rodgers has gotten softer and he would probably disagree after getting yelled at by the Steelers quarterback on Sunday.
