The Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Commanders will meet at Northwest Stadium on Saturday afternoon in what will be the second game of Week 16.
At this time of year, weather is always a concern. Along with cold temperatures, rain, snow and high winds can all make an impact in games.
With just hours to go before kickoff, here's a look at the weather forecast for the Week 16 contest between Philadelphia and Washington on Saturday.
Eagles vs. Commanders weather forecast
According to AccuWeather.com, conditions will be mostly ideal for this NFC East matchup.
While the temperature will be right around 40 degrees, these are two teams that are used to playing in cold weather, so that won't have an impact. There is also no precipitation expected, which is more good news.
When it comes to the wind, gusts won't exceed 14 MPH over the first two hours of the game, but gusts are expected to pick up after that and could hit as high as 27 MPH during the second half of the contest.
That is a concern for the passing game and kickers of both teams, but not enough to change our minds about starting key players on both sides in fantasy football.
All in all, weather will have very little, if any impact on Saturday evening.
