Eagles' A.J. Brown injury update is huge news for Week 10 playing status image

A.J. Brown appears to be on his way back.

The Philadelphia Eagles' star wide receiver was back at practice on Thursday, a big development in his potential return from injury.

Beat reporter Brooks Kubena shared the news on X on Thursday afternoon:

Brown played in Week 7, but then popped up on the injury report with a hamstring problem before Week 8 and didn't practice at all before sitting out that game.

The Eagles had a Week 9 bye.

Now, they're preparing for Monday Night Football in Week 10 against the Green Bay Packers, so Thursday was their first official practice of the week.

Brown already being out on the field is a great sign that suggests he should be good to go by Monday.

It'll be a chance for the Eagles to make a serious statement in the NFC against a strong Packers team.

Green Bay's biggest weakness, which wasn't addressed at the NFL trade deadline, is cornerback. Brown and his fellow WR DeVonta Smith should get a chance to exploit that on Monday.

Jalen Hurts has to be pumped about this. When he's got both his stars out wide, it opens up everything in the Philadelphia offense.
