The Philadelphia Eagles picked up their tenth victory of the 2025 season on Saturday, defeating the Washington Commanders by a score of 29-18 at Northwest Stadium.

With their win over an injury-riddled Washington team, Philadelphia moved to 10-5 and accomplished a feat that hasn't been seen in the NFC East since 2024.

The Eagles clinched their second consecutive division title on Saturday, becoming the first NFC East team in 21 years to repeat as division champions. Philadelphia won the division for four straight years from 2001 to 2004, but there has been a new champion every single year since then until now.

Along with capturing their second straight division title, the Eagles eliminated the Dallas Cowboys from playoff contention. Dallas has now missed the postseason in back-to-back years and will join the Commanders and the New York Giants in looking ahead to the offseason.

Additionally, Saturday's win over the Commanders also gives the Eagles their fourth consecutive 10-win season, as the franchise has never missed the playoffs under Nick Sirriani.

Sirriani's squad will now look to improve its seeding in the NFC over the final two games. Philadelphia is currently the No.3 seed in the conference for the postseason, but that could change during the final stretch.

As crazy as it sounds, the Eagles are also still in the running for the No.1 seed, though the chances are slim. The Seattle Seahawks sit atop the NFC East through 16 weeks with a 12-3 record after their wild win over the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday.
