After having a strong first half against the New York Jets, Tyreek Hill has suffered a major injury to open up the second half.

Hill, the five-time All-Pro receiver, injured his leg on the right sideline in the beginning of the third quarter. He was hyping up his team before Monday night's contest.

Here are the latest updates on Hills' status after what looked like a severe injury.

Is Tyreek Hill hurt?

Hill seemed to have suffered a major injury in Week 4 against the Jets.

The five-time All-Pro was carted off the field. He was in positive spirits, smiling and waving to the crowd. He was put on a wheelchair after he left the field.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that Hill has a knee injury, and is being taken to a local hospital.

Schefter later reported that Hill suffered a dislocated knee, which could be potentially season-ending.

Hill's injury is not only a dislocated kneecap. NFL Network's Ian Rapaport said that the injury comes with several torn ligaments, which increases the time of return.

After the Dolphins' 27-21 win, Mike McDaniel confirmed to the media that Hill dislocated his knee and will be staying in the hospital overnight for more testing.

Hill's teammate, Terron Armstead, provided an update after the game.
