Two of the NFL's most legendary and accomplished franchises meet as Pittsburgh travels to AT&T Stadium to play Dallas on CBS with each team trending in very different directions.

The Steelers (7-0) are the last remaining undefeated team following their crucial divisional win over Baltimore in Week 8 to give Pittsburgh a two-game lead in the AFC North. Pittsburgh's defense has been a force to reckon with, led by T.J. Watt's league-leading 12 tackles for loss. In their wins over the Ravens, the Steelers forced four turnovers to help ignite a comeback from a 17-point hole. In the win rookie Chase Claypool caught his fifth touchdown of the season, moving him in a tie for the ninth most in the NFL.

Dallas (2-5) is scrambling to find competent quarterback play after losing Dak Prescott for the season and placing Andy Dalton on the reserve COVID-19 list. Last week the Cowboys started rookie Ben DiNucci in his first career start. The former James Madison quarterback passed for just 180 yards on 40 attempts, not impressing coach Mike McCarthy enough to instill confidence for the Steelers game. Instead the Cowboys will opt for a quarterback with more experience, choosing between Cooper Rush or Garrett Gilbert.

The two franchises haven't met since 2016 when the Cowboys won their second straight game over the Steelers. Pittsburgh and Dallas have clashed in three Super Bowls with the Steelers winning two. The Steelers have won six Super Bowls to Dallas' 5.
