The Ravens stormed through the regular season with 12 wins, topping the NFL in rushing while Lamar Jackson put together a season worthy of MVP chatter.

But when the lights were brightest in Buffalo, the wheels came off — three costly turnovers set the stage before Mark Andrews let a game-tying two-point conversion slip through his fingers in a crushing 27-25 playoff exit. It felt like déjà vu for John Harbaugh’s crew, right down to dialing up another do-or-die two-point throw to Andrews.

The Lamar era has seen baby steps forward in the postseason, yet the team continues to come up a few bricks short of building a Super Bowl run, even with a roster tailored every year to contend. And in the NFL, championship windows don’t stay open forever.

Even their 2012 Super Bowl glory came with a "what if" moment — if Denver safety Rahim Moore had played his cards right in the divisional round, Jacoby Jones’ miracle touchdown might never have happened.

That single play might still be the reason Harbaugh’s steering the ship in 2025, and it’s the kind of memory that fuels hope inside the building. Someday, they believe, the bounce will finally go their way. Until then, the plan is simple — keep the faith, stay the course, and trust that the tide will eventually turn.

Here is everything you need to know in order to listen to Ravens games on the radio this season.

Ravens radio announcers

Based in Baltimore, Maryland, Gerry Sandusky serves as WBAL-TV’s sports director while calling the action on radio for the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens.

On the other hand, the Baltimore Ravens handed the radio color commentator reins to Rod Woodson in July 2022, just in time for the new season. A first-round pick by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 1987 NFL Draft, he spent a decade anchoring their defense before later helping the Ravens hoist the Lombardi Trophy in Super Bowl XXXV.

On the sidelines, Jamison Hensley, since 2013, has been ESPN’s go-to voice on all things Baltimore Ravens. He first came aboard in 2011, spending two seasons tracking the twists and turns of the AFC North, and also chips in as a regular contributor for WBAL radio.
