But never fear: the duo will be back for Week 3 of the NFL season.
ESPN's "Manningcast" is taking its first break of the year during Week 2 as the network showcases a "Monday Night Football" doubleheader. Bills-Titans will be shown on ESPN while Eagles-Vikings will be shown on ABC.
The next broadcast of the popular program slated for Monday, Sept. 26.

When is the next 'Manningcast'?
Peyton and Eli will return in Week 3 for a "Monday Night Football" showdown between the Giants and Cowboys. That game will take place on Monday, Sept. 26, with kickoff at 8:15 p.m. ET.
After that, they'll be back for Week 4 watching Rams-49ers before taking another break during Weeks 5 and 6.
How to watch Manning brothers on 'Monday Night Football'
Every broadcast of "Monday Night Football with Peyton and Eli" will air on ESPN2. It will occasionally be simulcast on ESPN's streaming service, ESPN+. This will take place in Weeks 3 and 15 and the Super Wild Card Weekend.
