It's been a tough season for both the Lions and Bears so far, but both also have plenty of reasons for optimism as they prepare for a Week 10 clash.

The Lions are coming off just their second win of the season, defeating Aaron Rodgers and the Packers by a score of 15-9. Even though it was Green Bay's fifth straight loss, it still must have felt good for Lions fans to get one over their division rival. The win dropped Rodgers to 18-7 in his career against Detroit.

Jared Goff was serviceable, going 14 of 26 for 137 passing yards, 2 TDs and an INT, while running back Jamaal Williams put in work with 81 rushing yards. However, it was the Lions' much-maligned defense that won them the game, holding the reigning MVP to just 9 points on the day.

The team remains well out of the playoff hunt at 2-6, but a win certainly lifted the mood around the organization.

Meanwhile, the Bears fell just short of a massive win last week, losing 35-32 to the Dolphins.

Justin Fields continued his recent improvement, tearing apart Miami with 4 total TDs. His passing stats (17 of 28, 123 YDs, 3 TDs, 0 INTs) were pretty good, but it was his eye-popping 178 rushing yards (a regular season record for a quarterback) that stole the show.

Unfortunately, Miami's offensive firepower proved too much for the Bears' defense, and the loss dropped Chicago to 3-6. They remain well behind the 7-1 Vikings for first place in the NFC North. However, this week is a great opportunity to start closing that gap.

Here's everything you need to know to watch Lions vs. Bears this Sunday, including kickoff time, TV channels, live stream info and the full 2022 schedules for both teams.
