The Giants are looking to solidify their playoff position as they head to Minnesota to take on the Vikings in Week 16.

This matchup has the makings of an entertaining clash between teams with big ambitions this season. Both are riding high after wins last week, but they know there's still plenty of work to be done over the final few weeks of the season.
The Vikings (11-3) pulled off the impossible last Saturday, storming back from a 33-0 deficit against the Colts to eventually win 39-36 in overtime and set the record for biggest comeback in NFL history.
It was alarming to see the Vikings fell behind by that much to a Colts team that was without its best player, Jonathan Taylor, for most of the game, but Minnesota continues to find ways to get in the win column. The team remains second in the NFC playoff standings and has an outside chance of catching the No. 1-seed Eagles.

The Giants (8-5-1) ended a four-game losing streak with a 20-12 win last time out against the Commanders on "Sunday Night Football." The officiating in the game stole most of the headlines, with Washington players and coaches furious about calls that went against them in the final minute. But a win is a win, and New York is now in great position to qualify for the postseason for the first time in six years.
Giants QB Daniel Jones was 0-9 in prime-time games before last week, but he made enough plays to get the job done. Saquon Barkley was outstanding as usual, with 120 total yards and a touchdown, and rookie Kayvon Thibodeaux was a force on the defensive side. They'll all need to bring their A-game again to pull of an upset in Minnesota on Christmas Eve.
