The Giants and Titans will be feeling different shades of blue come Week 1.
Big Blue is heading towards some lean years, if the new regime has given any indication: After years of half measures and half-in, half-out competitiveness, the team seems poised to hit the reset button and start from scratch. This year will be a pure "evaluation" year for Daniel Jones, Saquon Barkley and the rest of the roster.
While the pieces exist for the Giants to be competitive in an unknown NFC East, Giants fans should brace for a long season.
On the other side of the field, the Titans are coming off a season of "What Ifs?" and a winter of sadness. After securing the No.1 seed in the AFC, Tennessee was ousted in the divisional round vs. Cincinnati, thus ending another season short of reaching the Super Bowl during the Mike Vrabel Era.
