The Commanders will visit the Cowboys on Sunday for a Week 7 matchup in the 2025 NFL season at AT&T Stadium as both teams look to rebound from losses.

Despite the loss, the Commanders are 3-3 and have an opportunity to tie the Eagles at the top of the NFC East if Philadelphia loses a third straight game. On the other hand, the 2-3-1 Cowboys are third in the same division and looking to get back at .500.

Washington has struggled on the road in Dallas, winning just 18 of 63 meetings. A win Sunday would mark the first back-to-back season sweep in Dallas since 2014–15. It would also give the Commanders a 4–3 record, the first time since 1999–2000 they’ve had four-plus wins through seven weeks in consecutive seasons, and allow them to start 2–0 against the NFC East in back-to-back seasons for the first time since 2002.

This will be the 131st meeting between the two teams, in which Dallas holds a 79-49-2 overall edge. However, Washington has struggled on the road in Dallas, winning just 18 of the 63 trips.

Although the Commanders did win here last season, they will be looking to make it back-to-back wins in Dallas, especially as the Cowboys have the worst stat for yards allowed per game (411.7) in the NFL this season.
