The Pittsburgh Steelers are only three wins away from ensuring a 19th consecutive non-losing season under coach Mike Tomlin. More importantly, after improving to 6-4 for the 2025 NFL season, they are in first place in the tough AFC North going into Week 12.
Despite losing starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers in Sunday's home game vs. The Bengals, they pulled away for a 34-12 victory while getting a second-half boost from backup Mason Rudolph.
That win ensured the surging rival Ravens won't take over the division lead, with Pittsburgh and Baltimore still set to play each other twice (Week 14 and Week 17) in the final month of the season.
Here's looking at the current updated records and the outlook for both teams

AFC North standings
| Rank | Team | Record |
| 1 | Pittsburgh Steelers | 6-4 |
| 2 | Baltimore Ravens | 5-5 |
| 3 | Cincinnati Bengals | 3-7 |
| 4 | Cleveland Browns | 2-7 |
The Steelers still have a one-game after the Ravens rallied to beat Cleveland in the Sunday late afternoon window of Week 11. The Bengals, despite early wins vs. The Steelers and Browns, are getting closer to the division cellar without Joe Burrow.
Steelers remaining schedule
- Week 12: at Bears
- Week 13: vs. Bills
- Week 14: at Ravens
- Week 15: vs. Dolphins
- Week 16: at Lions
- Week 17: at Browns
- Week 18: vs. Ravens
The Steelers have it very difficult ahead of the first Ravens matchup in Baltimore, with red-hot Chicago and rough Buffalo next. They also have a brutal interconference road game coming up in Detroit in December. They are trending toward 10-7, which may be enough to win the division.

Ravens remaining schedule

- Week 14: vs. Steelers
- Week 15: at Bengals
- Week 16: vs. Patriots
- Week 17: at Packers
- Week 18: at Steelers
The Ravens a much easier slate overall with three consecutive home games ahead, but they also have the late interdivision challenges of the Patriots and Packers. Their best-case scenario also looks like 10-7.
AFC North updated prediction
This looks rather simple. The Ravens-Steelers matchup in Pittsburgh in the Week 18 season finale is headed to be a de facto division title game. With those 10 wins for either side, there's a fair chance the runner-up won't make the playoffs in a loaded AFC wild-card field.
