Adam Schefter's name is tied closely to the NFL in the minds of many football fans.

The ESPN insider is the guy with the transaction and injury news. His account on X has more than 11 million followers. He's synonymous with NFL happenings.

That's why it was such a surprise to many football fans when they turned on Get Up on Thursday morning and saw Schefter with what appeared to be full arms of tattoos.

A closer look, though, reveals the reality.

Those are sleeves. Not sleeves of tattoos, but actual sleeves of a long-sleeve shirt designed to look like it has tattoos.

There are lots of people in the replies amused by the whole situation. And no, it's not obvious why Schefter chose to break that outfit out on Thursday.

It certainly got people talking.

But no, you're not going crazy. Schefter didn't get full sleeves of arm tattoos overnight. He just decided that on this day, instead of his oft-used suit jacket look, he'd change up his shirt a little bit.

Time to go back to waiting for that Schefter notification of the next breaking NFL news.
