Breece Hall has said publicly he doesn't want to be traded.

But the New York Jets are 0-6, and their 24-year old running back is in the final year of his contract, so he's a logical trade candidate.

ESPN's Dan Graziano and Jeremy Fowler listed four teams Wednesday that could use a running back like Hall:

  • Kansas City Chiefs
  • Houston Texans
  • Los Angeles Chargers
  • New England Patriots

While the Jets maybe wouldn't trade Hall within the division, it doesn't feel like there'll be a lot of restrictions on the deal given New York's struggles this season.

Hall remains a talented RB as both a rusher and receiver, so he could fit into most offenses.

"Braelon Allen is out because of a knee injury, which complicates things for the Jets from a 2025 depth-chart perspective," Graziano writes. "But Allen is only 21 years old and under contract for two more years after this one. They also like Isaiah Davis, who is 23 and also signed through 2027. So there are plenty of reasons Hall might not be in the Jets' long-range plans, and they could be open to a nice offer."

If Hall is indeed on the market, he seems to be the best RB that could be available in a deal this year.

Other names thrown out by the ESPN insiders include Jerome Ford of the Browns, Devin Singletary of the Giants and Jaylen Wright of the Dolphins.

But if a team really wants to make a splash in the backfield, Hall would seem to be the guy to go after.
