The New York Jets are off to an ugly start to head coach Aaron Glenn's first season at the helm and tensions are already boiling over.

The Jets were in a great spot to pick up their first win of the season against an equally lowly Miami Dolphins team that was also 0-3.

However, the Jets could not get the job done and ultimately ended up losing to their division rival, 27-21, in what was nothing short of a sloppy performance.

After the game, beat reporters could hear Glenn "screaming" at his team in the locker room, and he was so loud, that he could be heard through the wall in the press conference room, ESPN's Rich Cimini reported.

"Hearing loud voice through the wall of the Jets’ locker room as we sit in the press room: Sounds like an angry Aaron Glenn screaming at the team," Cimini reported. "And he has a right to be pissed."

He indeed does have a right to be pissed.

It was a sloppy game for the Jets, who turned the ball over three times and committed a whopping 13 penalties for 101 yards. Had the Jets played just a slightly cleaner game, Glenn might have his first win as a head coach.

Instead, the Jets are now 0-4 and we're already looking at where they stand in the 2026 NFL draft (they're currently in the No. 2 spot, by the way).

With the loss, Glenn is the first first-year Jets head coach since Adam Gase to start a season 0-4. That is not good company to have.

Gase did go on to win the next game, so Glenn will be hoping to follow in his footsteps in that regard. New York gets the Dallas Cowboys in Week 5.
